TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Entry are to be read together with the Schedule below (collectively referred to as the “Terms & Conditions”).

By participating in the Borneo Green Life Buy & Win Contest (“Contest”), all eligible participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any amendments, additions or modifications made by the Organiser from time to time.

The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Contest without prior notice.

The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest is final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence, appeals or disputes will be entertained.

1. Contest Name

Borneo GreenLife Merdeka Buy & Win Contest

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on 15 July 2025 (12:00 AM) and ends on 31 August 2025 (11:59 PM).

Only purchases made within the Contest Period are eligible.

4. Eligibility

The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents aged 18 years and above with valid identification documents.

The following are NOT eligible:

• Employees of Borneo Green Life
• Immediate family members of employees
• Business partners
• Distributors
• Advertising and promotion agencies
• Any parties directly involved in organising this Contest

5. Entry Method

To participate in the Contest, Participants must complete ALL of the following steps:

Step 1

Follow and Like the Borneo Green Life Official Facebook Page. here the link to follow https://www.facebook.com/borneogreenlife

Step 2

Purchase any Borneo Green Life Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) from the Borneo Green Life Official Shopee Store during the Contest Period.

Each completed Shopee order or receipt entitles the Participant to one (1) Contest entry.

Step 3

WhatsApp the following to:

Provide:

• Full Name (as per NRIC)
• NRIC Number
• Mobile Number
• Email Address (optional)
• Screenshot/Proof of Purchase from Shopee
• Screenshot showing that you have Followed and Liked the Borneo Green Life Official Facebook Page

Participants must retain the original proof of purchase for verification.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser against all claims arising from participation.

6. Contest Entries

Eligible winners will be selected from all valid entries received during the Contest Period.

Participants may submit multiple entries.

Each entry must be supported by a separate proof of purchase.

Only one (1) prize may be won per Participant.

The Organiser reserves the right to:

• verify all submitted entries
• reject incomplete submissions
• request additional verification documents
• amend Contest mechanics
• cancel or suspend the Contest without prior notice

Only original proof of purchase is accepted.

Screenshots that have been altered or duplicated will be rejected.

Proof of WhatsApp submission does not constitute proof of successful Contest entry.

7. Winner Selection

Three (3) lucky winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The winners will receive:

The Organiser’s decision is final.

No appeals will be entertained.

The list of winners will be announced on the Borneo Green Life Official Facebook Page and/or the Official Website.

8. Entry Deadline

All entries must be received before:

31 August 2025
11:59 PM

Late entries will automatically be disqualified.

9. Disqualification

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant if:

• proof of purchase is incomplete
• purchase is made outside the Contest Period
• receipt has been duplicated or altered
• fraudulent information is submitted
• false personal information is provided
• Participant fails to Follow and Like the Borneo Green Life Official Facebook Page
• Participant fails to provide requested verification documents
• Participant breaches these Terms & Conditions

10. Prizes

The Contest offers:

Pensonic Electric Oven 2700W (100L) PEO-1111

Worth RM599 each

Prizes:

• cannot be exchanged for cash
• are non-transferable
• cannot be substituted by Participants

The Organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with another prize of similar value should circumstances require.

11. Prize Delivery

Winners will be contacted via WhatsApp using the mobile number submitted.

The Organiser will make up to three (3) contact attempts.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or fails verification, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected.

Prizes will be delivered within 60 days after successful verification.

The Organiser is not responsible for any damage or loss occurring during delivery.

12. Intellectual Property

All submitted entries become the property of the Organiser.

Participants warrant that all submitted materials are genuine and do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

The Organiser reserves the right to use submitted materials for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

13. Publicity

By participating, Participants consent to the Organiser using their:

• Name
• Photograph
• Video
• Contest Entry
• City/State

for publicity, advertising, marketing and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

14. Liability

Participants participate entirely at their own risk.

The Organiser shall not be responsible for:

• lost entries
• damaged entries
• delayed entries
• network failures
• system failures
• courier delays
• technical issues
• loss or damage relating to the Contest or prizes

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser against all claims arising from participation.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this Contest.

Information may be shared with appointed service providers solely for Contest administration.

16. General Terms

• The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Contest at any time.
• In the event of any dispute, the Organiser’s decision shall be final.
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
• By participating, all Participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
